Zalando enhances Zalando Plus membership program for French customers and expands to the Netherlands and Italy

BERLIN, NOVEMBER 3, 2021 // Zalando, Europe's leading platform for fashion and lifestyle, enhances its membership program Zalando Plus for French customers and expands it to the Netherlands and Italy. From now on, Plus members in France can enjoy not only premium home delivery but also early access to hot fashion releases. In addition, Zalando Plus members are notified first when their liked items are back in stock or on sale. Finally, members get priority treatment every time they contact customer care. All these benefits are also available for Plus members in the Netherlands and Italy.

With early access to in-demand releases, Zalando now offers another dimension to Plus customers. When new products are launched in limited quantities (e.g. limited-edition collaborations and special collections from major brands), Plus members will be able to shop before everyone else. The launch of Zalando Plus early access is also the perfect opportunity for partner brands to engage with Zalando’s most loyal customers, as it enables them to specifically target a highly fashion-affinite customer group.

The program is being rolled out progressively, with the aim to be available to all Zalando customers in the three markets before the end of the year.
