Connected Retail Tools: a complete toolset for brick-and-mortar stores

Partners have access to two different portals and the mobile app.

The Connected Retail Tool 

The Connected Retail Tool (CRT) is Zalando’s own portal used to process all incoming orders to the store. It offers a variety of functions that can be used to process orders coming into our Partners’ stores. 

These functions include:

  • Viewing and processing (open) orders 
  • Printing pick lists, delivery documents, and labels 
  • Viewing and processing returns 
  • Cancelling orders
  • Viewing store(s) performance
  • Navigate between stores if the email login is the same for each store
  • Contact form in case you need any additional assistance

The Connected Retail Mobile App

The Connected Retail Mobile App is a specialized tool and an extension of the Connected Retail Tool (CRT). The Mobile App provides convenience and fast processing of orders for our partners, specifically for the staff working in the stores.

The Mobile App offers a more convenient and effortless way of picking the articles with functions such as:

  • Scanning the EAN barcodes to quickly pick the right color and size
  • Sorting the orders by brand and article names to pick even faster
  • Switching stores and languages directly in the app

Our Partners can say bye to paper picking and welcome a more efficient process via our Mobile App.

The Connected Retail Management Tool 

The Connected Retail Management Tool (CRMT) allows our Partners to have full control over their business and maximize their performance while selling on Zalando. 

In this portal, our Partners have access to statistics and reports about their business. Partners can check how each store is performing and adjust the stores' order capacity; they can deactivate articles with a high return rate. Partners can also check their inventory overlap and find out which articles are not yet available on the Zalando platform and gain a competitive advantage. 

The CRMT offers a variety of functions that can be used to monitor Partners' store(s) and articles. These functions include: 

  • A dashboard with different metrics related to sales, the cancellation rate, returns, and average basket value for all your stores
  • Metrics related to specific stores
  • Order Capacity monitoring and adjustments
  • A view of your articles with high return rates and top return reasons 
  • The option to deactivate and activate your articles accordingly
  • An inventory feature that allows you to ​monitor your inventory overlap 
  • A possibility to create your own reports
  • Generating your customer invoices
  • Contact form in case you need any additional assistance
