Here at Lounge by Zalando, a New Year means a new start. Out with the old and in with the new is our motto for 2023. Meet our new Lounge by Zalando, which we relaunched in January this year. Please take a seat at our lounge, which has had a makeover and has a new brand identity that is more vibrant, bold, playful, and inclusive than ever before. 

The website and app reflect the distinct proposition of Lounge by Zalando as a shopping club while bringing its brand closer to the Zalando Group. With a new facelift, our online outlet still offers a joyful treasure hunt for its customers. For over ten years, we've become one of the leading off-price retailers and an attractive shopping destination. Although we're part of Zalando Group, we act as a separate customer destination through our app and website. 

It's not just the Lounge by Zalando name that's changed, the logo has also been redesigned, and the color palette is much more vibrant. The Lounge by Zalando logo has also been revamped and now features a gem symbol to signify the unmissable deals offered by the shopping club. The primary app icon color is a vibrant blue, paired with the iconic Zalando orange to emphasize a clear link to the Zalando brand. A broad secondary palette of bright, joyful colors is used throughout various stages of the user journey. Typography is another unifying element that connects Lounge to the Zalando Group by choosing fonts from the same family.

How does it work? We provide a distinct value offering to our customers. Customers sign up with their email addresses and can shop daily curated selections of limited-time promotional deals featuring fashion and lifestyle products at discounted prices. Unlike Zalando, we don't operate through a permanent catalog. The campaign model is a crucial differentiator and invites customers to experience Zalando's fashion credibility with the additional elements of surprise and great value for money.

Did you set your alarm? Every day at 7:00 am, Lounge by Zalando launches a selection of new campaigns featuring fashion and lifestyle products by sought-after brands at reduced prices. Campaigns run for up to 72 hours only and offer discounts of up to 75% for the limited stock of attractive products.

A solid partner base builds the core of our treasure hunt experience. With us, you can develop individual sourcing strategies that map your objectives and needs with our demand dynamics. First, you ship the confirmed stock to our warehouse(s), and after that, we take over fulfillment and delivery to customers, as well as any returns. Given the limited run-time, we help your brand clear excess stock without compromising your brand identity.

Yes, you do. The Lounge operates as a fully independent business with its own contract for signing. The different business models and own logistics networks require separate guidance. For Zalando partners, the core terms of services will be familiar.


The Lounge is a vital cornerstone of the Zalando platform strategy, focusing on wholesale business. Therefore, the stock risk will be on Lounge, and its logistics network guarantees fulfillment convenience for you as a partner and the customer.


Lounge by Zalando's warehouses are located in Poland (Olsztynek,Brzoza/Przyłęki and  Poznan/Żerniki). Your final delivery destination will be selected upon Lounge's network planning. A partner application guides you through the entire process, from order confirmation to delivery planning and payment. In general, Zalando shares the exact requirements across all services regarding article readiness, like labeled with EANs or packed in polybags. For any ad-hoc questions, our supplier service is with you every step of the way.
