Zalando Plus Members Can Now Skip the Queue and Get Early Access to Hot Collection Releases
- Zalando further delights its customers by taking the Plus program to the next level and introducing a highly-relevant, assortment-related benefit
- As a first enhancement, Plus members in Germany now get early access to hot releases, starting with an exclusive collection by PUMA x Pamela Reif

BERLIN, APRIL 28, 2021 // Zalando, Europe's leading platform for fashion and lifestyle, takes its Plus membership program to the next level to further delight its customers. With Plus Early Access, members in Germany can now shop limited hot collections in the Zalando shop before everyone else. Plus Early Access is the first of a series of highly-relevant, assortment-related benefits that will be introduced to the program on top of the strong convenience services for members. The enhanced Plus membership experience makes Zalando even more attractive for both customers and brand partners who can now build even stronger relationships on the platform.
“Our Zalando Plus membership represents the best version of Zalando”, says Lisa Schöner, Director of Zalando Plus. “We started by offering elevated convenience benefits such as same or next-day evening delivery to Plus members in 60 German cities. Now, we are taking the program to the next level by adding assortment-related benefits. With Plus Early Access, we give our customers early access to our latest releases, before anyone else. We are rolling out the red carpet and opening the store just for them. The membership program further includes free advice from Zalando’s personal stylists, priority treatment from Customer Care and more - all for an annual fee of only 15 Euros.”
To celebrate the launch of Plus Early Access throughout the month of May, brands such as PUMA, HUGO and Levi’s will give Plus members in Germany early access to their new collections. “Plus Early Access will create more opportunities for Zalando’s brand partners to engage with our most involved customers and target them with their most exciting product offers. These deepened relationships between customers and brands will further accelerate Zalando’s journey to being the platform of choice for our partners”, says Andreas Roedl, VP Category Men at Zalando.
The first priority launch for Plus members will be a training collection for women by PUMA and the German fitness influencer Pamela Reif. The collection will be available exclusively at Zalando, and Plus members will have the opportunity to shop it first. "We are excited to continue the success story of PUMA x Pamela Reif with Zalando as a strong partner. For this new, sustainable training collection, Pamela directly involved her followers, who voted for the selection of colors for the range. Zalando Plus is offering the perfect environment to build and deepen valuable customer relationships", says Nina Graf-Vlachy, General Manager Central Europe at PUMA.
In the future, Plus members will enjoy further early access to sales events and Zalando Lounge campaigns. The elevated Plus program will continue to support brand partners in growing and deepening customer relationships on Zalando.
