Berlin, 27 May 2025 // The annual general meeting of Zalando SE today elected, respectively appointed, the shareholder and employee representatives to the supervisory board.

Alice Delahunt, Founder and CEO of SYKY, a  platform that empowers emerging digital designers, was elected to the supervisory board as a shareholder representative on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee. She has driven digital transformation in luxury fashion for over a decade - including as Chief Digital & Content Officer at Ralph Lauren and Director of Digital Innovation at Burberry.

Supervisory board members Anders Holch Povlsen, Mariella Röhm-Kottmann, Kelly Bennett, Niklas Östberg, Susanne Schröter-Crossan have been re-elected. Jennifer Hyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Rent the Runway, Inc., who has been a member of the supervisory board since 2020 did not stand for re-election.

The employee representatives Zbigniew Laskowski, Rose Reynolds and Maggie Ratay Sloan have been newly appointed  to the supervisory board.

The term of office of the shareholder representatives will end upon the close of the annual general meeting that resolves on the discharge for fiscal year 2026. The term of office of the employee representatives will end upon the close of the annual general meeting that resolves on the discharge for fiscal year 2029.

In the constituent meeting of the new supervisory board, Kelly Bennett was re-elected as Chairperson.

All further agenda items, including the discharge of the management and supervisory board, were confirmed by the annual general meeting with the necessary majorities. In total, 74.60% of the registered share capital was represented.
