Zalando partners with technology company Wolt to bring new lifestyle benefits to Plus members

BERLIN, April 21st – Zalando is expanding its Plus loyalty programme by adding Wolt+ as a partner benefit for members. From today, Zalando Plus members in Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Croatia, and Luxembourg will receive free access to Wolt+, Wolt’s subscription model. The membership includes 0€ delivery fees and other exclusive discounts across a wide selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and local retailer partners. 

The collaboration marks the first time Zalando Plus has integrated a reward that lives entirely outside its own platform, supporting its evolution into a lifestyle destination that stays relevant in members' daily routines.

It builds on the strong momentum of Zalando Plus, which now counts almost 17 million members in 17 countries and accounted for nearly 50% of Zalando’s total GMV in the 4th quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, Wolt+ also continues to grow, surpassing 3 million subscribers in January 2026, who have collectively saved more than €600 million since the programme launched in 2021.

Zalando Plus members in the three higher tiers – Shine, Star and Superstar – can claim the benefit directly via the Zalando app or website, receiving free Wolt+ access for a duration of four, six, or twelve months based on their current engagement level within Zalando.

By connecting its lifestyle community with Wolt’s local network, Zalando is moving beyond transactions to provide a benefit that matters throughout the day – whether members are styling a new look or ordering from a local business.
