‘Share Your Style’ New AW15 Campaign by Zalando Starring International Talents

BERLIN, AUGUST 27, 2015 // Since the beginning of time, people have been sharing stories, items, experiences and emotions. No matter what we share, we do it to connect and come closer to one another. Zalando plays into this great human behaviour with its Autumn/Winter 2015 campaign, Share Your Style. Be An Inspiration. The campaign, shot by Jonas Åkerlund, features a variety of well-known international talents, including Christina Hendricks (famous for her role as Joan in Mad Men), Noah Becker, Caroline de Maigret, Binx and Lucky Blue Smith, all sharing their personal style.

 

Share your style with Zalando

With the start of autumn a new wardrobe comes in, one that entails so many great aspects of sharing. We might buy the same cosy jumper as our best friend, recommend a certain jacket to someone, lend someone a pair of gloves when their hands are colder than ours and so much more. With this in mind, the online fashion destination interacts with the consumer through the campaign manifesto:

The surprising mix of internationally known talents featured in the campaign shows an inspiring variety of personalities and presents the many different styles that Zalando has to offer. Stylish actress Christina Hendricks, musician and artist Noah Becker, young model and Instagram star Lucky Blue Smith, French model/author Caroline de Maigret and characteristic models such as Pia Grønning, Oliver Russel, Werner Schreyer, Chin Hsi and Binx all share their individual style.

In the campaign we show that fashion is for everyone, from tall to petite, from premium to maternity, from trendy to basic, for young and old. Zalando’s Share Your Style campaign will launch on the 30th August 2015 in Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. On zalando.co.uk consumers will find an extensive digital sharing campaign that will continuously feed consumers with creative, sticky and shareable content. The special online hub also boasts an instant feedback app. The instant feedback app is there for those moments when friends are not around to give feedback on whether or not to buy or wear a particular fashion item. Simply share the picture in the Share Your Style community and you will get immediate feedback. The campaign will be further promoted across global platforms including outdoor and print advertising.
