BERLIN, NOVEMBER 11, 2016 // Zalando gives some style with fashionable hand-picked gift offers. Especially for the holiday season, Europe’s fashion destination launches an inspiring gift shop that provides a carefully curated selection of presents, gift cards and a limited edition ready-to-wrap kit. For the occasion, Director Gordon von Steiner captured models of the moment such as Karen Elson, Stella Maxwell and Mica Arganaraz on a golden festive backdrop.

On Zalando’s holiday gift shop, everyone can find the stylish gift for their loved ones ranging from women, men and kids in all price ranges. Zalando helps to find the right present by giving personalized recommendations based on style preferences, budget and relation. Still not sure what to get? Then go for the always perfect gift card available in four different festive designs. To smoothen the holiday preparations even more, a limited edition gift wrap kit is complimentary.

“With the launch of our new gift shop Zalando becomes the go-to destination for hand-picked, stylish gift giving. We bring this message to life in a campaign where the cast literally takes off and wraps up the items that they wore. Thus, this unique gift selection process is shown in a playful, and truly Zalando way,’’ explains Carsten Hendrich, VP Brand Marketing Zalando.

To set the right holiday atmosphere, filmmaker Gordon von Steiner created a golden backdrop. Playing upbeat tunes, Gordon captured an international group of top models such as Victoria Secret’s Stella Maxwell, British model and activist Adwoa Aboah, emerging model Mica Arganaraz from Argentinia, and French beau Clement Chabernaud, as well as UK singer-songwriter Karen Elson. The holiday gift season starts off with Mica pushing the Zalando play button. In the following sequences, the talents dance and celebrate the festivities while filling golden boxes with hand-picked gifts from Zalando.

“Finding that special thing that somebody you love will really enjoy and appreciate that personally is the best thing about it“, Karen said during the “Give Some Style” shoot.

The “Give Some Style” campaign film will go live early (include timing for your respective market) November along with the new gift shop across Europe. For the 360 campaign, the Zalando logo got a touch of gold and the Zalando box a special star design.
