Zalando Opens Outlet in Constance

• Eleventh Zalando outlet to open in Constance's Old Town on March 16, 2021 
• Bargain hunters will find more than 2,200 brands on more than 1,100 square meters of floor space
• With Click&Meet, customers can book their personal shopping appointment online 

CONSTANCE, MARCH 16, 2021 // Today, Tuesday March 16, Zalando opens a new outlet at Marktstätte 1 in Constance; the eleventh outlet store in Germany. The new shop in Constance's old town offers an assortment of designer and brand-name products on 1,100 square meters of sales space, with prices reduced by up to 70%. In accordance with the official Corona regulations, customers can book a personal appointment for their visit online in advance.

On two floors, customers will find around 15,000 products from 2,200 different brands. Previously, these items were available in the Zalando Fashion Store. The high-quality products offered in outlets are, for example, goods from the previous season, single sizes or items with minor defects such as a missing button. 

As in the other Zalando outlets, Zalando also relies on a modern and pleasant shopping atmosphere in Constance. The outlet offers wide aisles, free Wi-Fi and a relaxed atmosphere thanks to the design, which makes use of plants. Local features have also been incorporated into the design. One wall is adorned with a large-scale image of famous Lake Constance. 

The safety of customers and sales staff is a top priority, especially during the opening. In accordance with official regulations, almost all Zalando outlets currently offer the so-called Click&Meet, where customers can book their personal appointment for the respective store online at www.zalando-outlet.de in advance. In addition, the relevant legal hygiene and safety regulations are followed. In order to make the shopping experience safe for everyone, it is important to observe distance rules, wear a medical mask and pay without cash if possible. Customers can also try on their selection in the comfort of their own home.

Outlets are also planned in Dusseldorf, Munich and Nuremberg by the end of 2022.
