In 2015, we developed and implemented our Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy called the do.STRATEGY. The name of the strategy implies our philosophy: We have an action bias and this is how we approach sustainability, too. We want to advance our CR efforts by doing more and talking less. The foundation of the strategy consists of five focus areas that we defined on the basis of our customers’ and employees’ needs and expectations. Further, we want to leverage the engagement of our employees by empowering them to do their bit for a better fashion industry and a better society in general.
