The Zalon pop-up store at Brunnenstraße 151, Berlin Mitte, opened this week, right before Black Friday and with plenty of time to before the Christmas holidays.
Fashion-followers are invited to discover the world of the Curated Shopping Service live until December 9th. Every Wednesday through Saturday, customers can try out changing collections on-site in the store’s cosy atmosphere, created by the British interior design brand MADE.COM.
explains Ivo Scherkamp, CEO of Zalon by Zalando.
We want to show our customers that we understand our service as fashion-inspiration. With the Zalon pop-up store, we make the exchange between stylists and customers even more personal and raise our omnichannel strategy to a new level. At Zalon, the focus is on the person, as it is also the person who makes fashion authentic at the end of the day, whether online or on the street
Individual products can be purchased directly in the pop-up store via the Pick & Buy service. MADE.COM's furniture and accessories are tagged, so that you can easily scan and find them in the brand's online shop. Customers who take advantage of a Zalon styling will receive their box as usual to their specified address.
The Zalon pop-up store also offers various events. A first highlight was the opening panel on "Business as Usual?" last Tuesday, which dealt with trends in the area of business clothing. Among the participants were jewellery designer Sabrina Dehoff, presenter Johanna Klum, head buyer of LaBoutique, Linda Horbach, and journalist and author Silke Wichert, who led the conversation.
For male customers, be sure to mark November 24th in your calendars as a Barber Shop with products from Mornin’ Glory will be in the Zalon pop-up store from 4pm.
