All initiatives for our Wholesale brand partners are launched on one single destination: the Zalando Retail Center. With a single log-in, the Retail Center allows you to manage your Wholesale business with us. Order confirmation, article management, shipping notices, invoices and a full-analytics portal (Performance Insights) are already available, with many more capabilities to come.

Whats next?

The road to success is a journey where you never stop learning. We have learned to automate many actions in order to reduce feedback loops and speed up your articles’ time to market. In the near future, we’ll work further on letting our partners manage all their responsibilities within the platform, removing the need to manage external files once initial documents are uploaded.

Clear call-to-actions

The Zalando Retail Center is increasingly featuring dashboards, task lists and automated email notifications which will flag up topics that need your attention – be it confirmation on a purchase order or missing article information. What’s more, the urgent tasks will be highlighted to ensure minimal impact on you and our business. Gone are the days where you have to answer lengthy emails, you’ll just need to check your dashboard and take action when and where necessary. This will allow us to significantly reduce the amount of contact – at least the kind you won’t miss like lengthy email threads with Excel reports.

Managing your own users

As an administrator, the Zalando Retail Center allows you to manage your own users. You can easily onboard new users, deactivate ones who change roles or leave the organization and assign them appropriate rights on the Retail Center, based on the online tool(s) they need to access. No more waiting for Zalando support to help you with such changes, you can do it all yourself. We’re still here whenever you need us, via email or chatbot, but now you’ll be even more empowered.
